Many non-sub-field experts teaching introductory american politics courses express concern over teaching students the u.s. court system, civil liberties, and civil rights. this session will discuss innovative strategies for engaging students in learning about the judiciary. using active learning strategies, instructors can better engage students in learning about the courts and enhance.
